If you've newly incorporated your Cyprus company with Expanship, your first year's compliance is typically included in your incorporation package. The annual compliance package applies from year two onwards. If you're transferring an existing Cyprus company to us, the compliance package applies immediately upon transfer.

The UBO register requires annual confirmation between October 1st and December 31st. Your AGM must be held within 15 months of the previous one.
