For entities incorporated through Expanship, compliance during the first year is part of your incorporation package. The standalone annual fee begins in year two. If you're transferring an existing Mauritius Authorised Company to us, the package takes effect as soon as the transfer is finalised.
Yes. The government fee payable to the Mauritius Financial Services Commission for your annual licence renewal is included. So are the Registrar of Companies filing fees, registered agent charges, and every other recurring obligation — all wrapped into one predictable annual cost.
The most critical date is 1 July each year, when your FSC licence renewal is due — missing it can result in penalties or licence suspension. The Registrar of Companies filing fee is due by 20 January annually. Your financial summary must be submitted to the FSC, and your income tax return to the MRA, each within six months of your financial year-end. Our compliance calendar tracks every deadline and sends advance reminders so nothing is overlooked.
