For companies newly formed through Expanship, compliance for the first year is generally bundled into your incorporation package. The US$1,099 annual fee kicks in from the second year onward. If you're moving an existing Bahamas company over to us, the package takes effect right away once the transfer is complete.
Yes. The annual government fee paid to the Registrar General is fully included in your package. This fee is required each year by January 1st to keep your company on the Register. Late payment triggers a 10% surcharge from April 1st, escalating to 50% from November 1st, with the risk of being struck off entirely. Our package ensures this is handled well ahead of the deadline on your behalf.
No. Our pricing philosophy is straightforward—the amount shown is the amount you pay. There are no platform fees, administrative surcharges, or surprise add-ons. Every regulatory filing and ongoing obligation listed in the package is covered. We find that predictable pricing helps our clients plan their operating costs with confidence.
Bank transfer is our preferred payment method, as it tends to be the most straightforward for international clients. We also support debit and credit card payments. Cryptocurrency is not accepted at this time. After you confirm your order, we'll send an invoice with step-by-step payment instructions.
